Craigellachie 14 Year Old 2011 is a limited-edition Speyside single malt released by Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers as part of the Càrn Mòr Strictly Limited range. Distilled in 2011 and aged for 14 years, this expression showcases a more structured and refined side of sherry cask maturation.

Matured in Fino sherry casks, it offers a drier, more savoury profile compared to traditional sweet sherry styles, adding depth and complexity to the spirit. Bottled at 47.5% ABV, it is presented without chill filtration or added colouring, preserving its natural character.

With a limited outturn of just 368 bottles worldwide (only 150 of which were allocated to the UK), this is a rare and distinctive release, ideal for those seeking a different take on sherried Speyside whisky.

Our Inaugural release is a refined single malt scotch whisky, distilled from our farm grown Golden Promise and Laureate barley, matured in first-fill Bourbon and Sherry casks. A rich, layered whisky with notes of baked apple and golden pastry, balanced by succulent sultanas and prunes, and a lingering herbal finish.
