Bruadar Single Malt Scotch Whisky Liqueur is expertly made using locally sourced sloeberries, honey from our own beehives, and Single Malt Scotch Whisky. It strikes a perfect balance between the sweetness of the honey and the rich character of the whisky.

Our Inaugural release is a refined single malt scotch whisky, distilled from our farm grown Golden Promise and Laureate barley, matured in first-fill Bourbon and Sherry casks. A rich, layered whisky with notes of baked apple and golden pastry, balanced by succulent sultanas and prunes, and a lingering herbal finish.
